A majority of GMAPS partners and consultants have previously held senior managing & operating positions for many years in the erstwhile Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) and its successor organization the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore and Singapore Logistics Companies. Capt. Mark GOH

Mohd MUSTAFA

Hands-on Logistics Management and Warehouse Operations expert with extensive international experience particularly in Middle East. He started in PSA, handling both conventional and container operations before venturing into main core shipping handling operations & marketing.

Frederick SU

Extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of Conventional, Container and Car Terminal Operations during his 29years career with PSA & abroad. His overseas experience involved port planning, development & start-up of ports in Africa & India.

Eugene TAN

A Port Development Expert with over 15 yrs experience in Singapore, South-East Asia and the African Continent. He has extensive experience in Terminal Operations & Logistics with oversight management of 7 operational ports and terminals in South East Asia, Africa and the Mediterranean regions.

Multi - Purpose Port, Container Terminal & Warehousing expert with over 30 years experience. He has re- engineered cargo operations processes and was actively involved in the business and operational development of the Computerised Integrated Conventional Operations System.

Master Mariner. Sailed on various vessel types with OOCL. Many years of command experience on board container ships. Experience in Port Operations in Singapore and Hong Kong. Safety Inspector of Ships.

CHUA Teck Khuay

Sailed as chief officer on bulk carriers, car carriers, container vessels & log carriers. Experience in commercial chartering. Years of experience in preparation for vessel dry docking, surveys and ship inspections.

Poovaneswaran Baskarasamy

Certified “ISM” & ”ISPS” Internal Auditor. His experience includes project managing training programmes both locally and overseas. In addition he negotiates with organisations for accreditations, certifications and partnerships, such as NTU, LSE, MPA, IMO etc. He also coordinates with trainers to design special courses on request.

Saket Nath

Specialist in maritime works. His experience includes preparation of technical feasibility reports, master plan studies, traffic projections, business plans for ports, material take-off estimates and preparation of design criteria reports.

A Naval Architect, he specializes in performing naval architectural and engineering work for clients in shipbuilding and offshore (oil & gas) projects. Piotr is completely familiar with the requirements & processes involved to obtain classification approvals and certificates.
