Registered Professional Engineer. Over 35 years in developing and managing international marine construction and land reclamation projects. Specialist in project and contract management of infrastructure and port projects.

Specialist in maritime works. His experience includes preparation of technical feasibility reports, master plan studies, traffic projections, business plans for ports, material take-off estimates and preparation of design criteria reports.
