IMDGInternational Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code

The International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code was developed as a uniform international code for the transport of dangerous goods by sea. This IMDG Code course is based on IMO Model Course 1.10 and provides training to your company in understanding the entire processes in transport of dangerous goods by sea.

Managing People & Performance

In modern business, people-based management is as important as ever.

Most people want to succeed and perform in all aspects of their role. The key to managing people is to recognise factors contributing to their performance - both personal factors and organisational ones. This course provides a holistic view of low performance in the workplace, including how to approach underachievers, and how to learn as an organisation from low performance teams or individuals.

In the past ports have been administered, today's modern ports must be managed.

This 2 day course is conceived by our team of professionals, practitioners and academics from the maritime and port sectors. It is aimed to offer the opportunity to understand and appreciate the various port concession models and different types of trade zones. This will enhanced the ability to face in the decision on activities consisting of the ownership of land, quays, piers, and port surface.

The Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) course provides a critical platform for participants to acquire the latest WSH thinking and insights that they could contextualise and apply to their organisations. This exclusive course also allows participants to share and exchange ideas and experiences with their peers. The course will focus on critical areas such as developing and managing WSH strategies and practices, fostering industry-led WSH approaches and partnerships, building WSH capabilities of organisations, particularly small and medium enterprises and professionals dealing with workplace challenges, and forming innovative WSH practices.
