Master Mariner with more than 50 years of experience. Harbour Master for the Port of Rangoon in 1968. Served as Principal of the Institute of Marine Technology. Also former Head of Nautical Studies and Maritime Transportaion of Singapore Polytechnic. Experience includes Internal Safety Management Code and Quality Assurance Specialist in Lloyd's Register of Shipping
